- Physical items, if applicable, must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received to qualify for a return.

Refund Process
- Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items returned not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by LearnGenix.
- Returns initiated after 30 days but within a reasonable timeframe (subject to approval).
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Gifts

- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns

- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
