  • Refund Policy Duration: Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Eligibility for Refunds or Returns:
    • Refunds apply only to eligible digital products or services.
    • Downloadable software or study materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Physical items, if applicable, must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products or digital study materials once accessed.
  • Personal care items, if applicable.

Refund Process

  1. Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items returned not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by LearnGenix.
  • Returns initiated after 30 days but within a reasonable timeframe (subject to approval).

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account and payment method statements.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at hrfcreation@gmail.com for instructions.

Gifts

  • If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

For physical products (if applicable):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for valuable items to ensure safe returns.
